學術
饒學，乃以饒宗頤教授的學術思想、方法論、他所從事的各個研究領域的成就及其在學術史的地位和影響為主要研究對象的一門學問。饒學可以作為切入研究中華文化的門戶之一。饒宗頤教授提倡華學，鼓吹新經學，並創立中華古代史研究的五重證據法等等，這些內容都應該是饒學——學術方面的主要研究範圍。此外，在饒教授所從事的甲骨學、古文字學、簡帛學、上古文獻、考古學與上古史、古代中外文化交流史、敦煌學、宗教史(包括道教、佛教史、婆羅門教、火袄教等)、民族學、歷史學、潮州學、藝術史、古典文學、詞學和目錄學等等領域，都有極重要的貢獻，有大量專題研究的典範，值得我們研究。
