The aims and objectives of the establishment of Jao Tsung-I Petite Ecole Fan Club (JPE Fan Club) are to support Jao Tsung-I Petite Ecole of The University of Hong Kong, participate in and promote events held by the Petite Ecole, and give valuable opinions and suggestions for the purpose of further developing the Petite Ecole, as well as provide financial assistance. Since 2004, JPE Fan Club has been supporting numerous activities and events organized or co-organized by the Petite Ecole, including research projects, exhibitions, publications, academic symposiums, forums, and so on.

As a celebration of the Fan Club’s 15th anniversary, we have selected 9 sets of paintings and calligraphy by Professor Jao and launched the special exhibition “The Luminous Splendor of Jao Studies: In Celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of Jao Tsung-I Petite Ecole Fan Club”. Even though there are not many exhibits, they reflect Professor Jao’s spirit of ceaseless pursuit of the development of Chinese art. We sincerely invite all the art lovers to experience the endless vitality through his artworks.
