Fragrance Spread to the Universe (播芳六合) ─ Fragrance Spread to the Universe - Paintings and Calligraphy by Professor Jao Tsung-i

The year 2017 happens to be Professor Jao’s 100th Birthday anniversary as well as the 20th anniversary of Return of Hong Kong to the Motherland. To celebrate these great events, Tsi Ku Chai (集古齋) has invited Xiling Seal-engravers’ Society (西泠印社) to hold an exhibition called “Exhibition of Works of Chinese calligraphy and Painting and Seal Engraving by the Four Founding Gentlemen of Xiling Seal-engravers and its Presidents” (西泠印社創社四君子暨歷任社長書畫篆刻作品展) from 4 April to 13 April in Hong Kong.

In this exhibition, works by the First President to the Sixth President of the Xiling Seal-engravers’ Society are all collections of the Society, while works by Professor Jao Tsung-I, its current President, are supplied by Jao Tsung-i Petite Ecole of University of Hong Kong and Tsi Ku Chai.
